Forever21 has a wonderful plus size section. Not every store has a huge selection but online has a lot to choose from. Warning, online prices are higher and sizes are inconsistent. However, if you can get in to a store and learn your sizes, do so!
I am a ladies (not juniors) 16/18, 5’2 and 200lbs and I typically get a 2X here.
This week they are having an additional 30% off all clearance. I have racked up!
Here are some finds. I paid $8.40 for the jumpsuit, jumper and lace dress; $4.90 for the purple dress and plaid top; and $3.50 for the striped top. All are size 2X and fit perfectly.
